Welcome to DTDT Virtual Assistance! By hiring us to perform virtual assistant services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer virtual assistant services including but not limited to:

  • Dropship management

  • Email marketing

  • Product uploading for eCommerce

  • Manual invoicing (especially for Facebook boutiques)

  • Email inbox management

  • Facebook & Instagram story uploads

Custom services may be provided upon request.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely information and access needed to complete tasks.

  • Respond to communication and requests in a timely manner.

  • Respect agreed-upon deadlines and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed as agreed upon (weekly unless otherwise discussed).

  • Invoices must be paid within [7] days of receipt.

  • Late payments may incur a [3 ]% late fee.

  • No services will be rendered on overdue accounts until balance is paid in full.

4. Confidentiality

All client information, credentials, and business details will be kept strictly confidential. DTDT Virtual Assistance agrees not to share or disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent.

5. Revisions & Cancellations

  • Reasonable revisions are included to ensure satisfaction.

  • Major changes or additional tasks not included in the original agreement may be subject to extra charges.

  • Clients may cancel services at any time with [7] days’ notice.

  • No refunds will be given for work already completed.

6. Liability

DTDT Virtual Assistance is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of our services.

  • Errors or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Shopify outages).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
